Walgreens at 3520 South Baldwin Road, Lake Orion, Orion charter Township, Michigan.

I have went into this Walgreens twice. The first time was to print pictures and the service person was so rude I have never been back until today. I went to fill my prescription at Kroger where I always do and they don't accept our new insurance. Kroger called over to Walgreens and spoke directly with the pharmacy to make sure they take the insurance. Walgreens verified it over the phone and accepted the prescription. I arrived at Walgreens 10 minutes later and had to wait for the prescription because it wasn't ready yet (they quoted 15 minutes so I waited) almost another 10 minutes later the girl called me back to the window to tell me they now transferred the prescription to cvs because even though they said they take our insurance... They actually don't. So now I wasted 20 minutes for a prescription they can't even fill after they said they could. I asked the girl why they would tell Kroger that and make me drive all the way over here and their response was" I don't know". No apology or anything. I will never return here again. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
